Delivery Information

DELIVERY POLICY

 1. General Information

TABSKART PVT LTD always strives to keep all the products available for the use of esteemed customers but still all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website and mobile app are only available for delivery to addresses in Jammu and Kashmir. Any shipments outside of Jammu and Kashmir are not available at this time. As such we are operational in Kashmir division only. That is why our delivery policy is valid for Kashmir division only/

 

3. Delivery Time

Our delivery system has three different categories:-

(a)    Priority level I is the top most level of precedence we accept.  In this type of precedence we give first priority to the medicines and medical services purchased from our website and mobile app.  Subjected to the availability of medicines, area of delivery, political and environmental conditions and our records we deliver goods in this category within 2 to 3 hrs of order confirmation. This category is chargeable at flat ₹ 70 throughout Kashmir division  irrespective of the order amount

 

(b)   Priority level II is the second top level of precedence we accept. In this type of precedence we give priority to deliver the medicines and medical services purchased from our website and mobile app.  Subjected to the availability of medicines. Area of deliver, political and environmental conditions and our records you can expect our shipment to reach your home the next day of order. This category is also chargeable at flat ₹ 30 throughout Kashmir division  irrespective of the order amount

 

(c)    Priority level III is the third and last precedence we accept in delivery. In this type of precedence we strive to make your medicines and medical services available to you with 2 or 3 days of confirming the order.  Depending on the conditions beyond our control and experiencing huge traffic. These orders may be delayed. These orders are chargeable   at flat ₹ 15 if the bill amount of order is below ₹ 599. If the total bill amount is more than ₹ 599 these orders are accepted and delivered free.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

We accept orders 24 hours a day but orders received up to 5 pm/1700 hrs are processed same day and orders received after 5 pm/1700 hrs are processed next day.

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately through our website or mobile number available on our records and please do not accept the product.
