RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance for us. In an event if you are displeased with the services provided we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, Clients have the liberty to cancel there projects and request a refund from us. Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows.


CANCELLATION POLICY



The Cancellation will be accepted only if:


The order shipped is expired before reaching you.

The order shipped is in near expiry (expiring within three months from the date of purchase) 

In case you receive a wrong shipment.

For any of the above reasons we will in no case accept the return if the shipment is

Opened (except for the cover of the shipment, which can be opened by customer).

Refund Policy


We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products, and is satisfying our cancellation policy, we can provide a refund to satisfy our commitment with our customers

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name, payments refund will be made to the same account.
The refund may take upto 12 working days.


in case of COD payment will be initiated through bank account / wallet. this refund process may take 4 days.
